Privacy Policy We do not share any of your information with any of other individual, business, or entity except as defined below. 1. The information we collect is always sent to the lab performing the DNA analysis. Your test results and the associated documentary evidence (the information we collect) are requirements for a completed file. 2. If the collector is a contractor of ours, the information is sent to the collector to verify that they are testing the correct parties and properly labeling each sample to maintain the integrity of your file. 3. We will comply with the requirements of a legitimate warrant. We will not interfere or obstruct a police investigation.

Refund Policy The collection technician is expected to wait for the client 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If testing cannot be conducted because a client is more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, if the collection technician is unwilling to wait any longer, and cannot be rescheduled, a fee of $75 will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded. If the client is a no-call/no-show, a fee of $100 will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded. There is no refund available if a sample is collected unless the collection technician mishandled the sample/tainted the sample, or if the sample never makes it to the lab. If we are unable to conduct a test because we made an error, and the client does not want to reschedule, we will offer a full refund.
